ST777 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
ST777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following local payment methods:
All deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your ST777 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution. ST777 does not charge a fee for deposits made via local PKR payment methods. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider are outside ST777's control.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. ST777 targets a 5–15 minute processing window for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals during normal operating hours. VIP Gold and Platinum members benefit from priority processing. Bank and card withdrawals may take longer. ST777 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal above certain thresholds.
ST777 maintains strict AML procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. All members are subject to these procedures. ST777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant account suspended immediately.
Note: Deposits made to ST777 must be from payment accounts registered in your own name. Funding your account using third-party payment methods is not permitted and may result in the withholding of withdrawals.
All bets placed on the ST777 platform — including cricket, PSL, football, tennis and virtual sports markets — are subject to these Terms and any additional sport-specific rules published on the ST777 platform. By placing a bet at ST777, you confirm that you understand the relevant rules and accept the outcome as final once the market settles.
The minimum single bet stake at ST777 is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the ST777 bet slip at the time of placing. VIP Gold and Platinum members have elevated maximum stake limits as part of their tier benefits. ST777 reserves the right to adjust individual member stake limits at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage or unusual betting patterns.
Live in-play bets are accepted during matches subject to the availability of live odds. ST777 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time — for example, when a match is paused or when there is an event that may affect the outcome (such as a wicket or penalty). Bets placed after a market suspension has been implemented will be voided. Due to the nature of live sports, there may be a short delay between the odds displayed and the actual state of play. ST777 is not responsible for placing bets based on information that differs from the displayed odds due to connectivity issues on the member's side.
PSL betting at ST777 is governed by PSL official match rules in combination with ST777's general betting terms. In the event of a match being abandoned without a Duckworth-Lewis result being calculated, match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. Super Over results count as part of the match for match winner markets unless stated otherwise. Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler) are settled on official match statistics as reported by the PSL.
A bet may be declared void by ST777 in the following circumstances:
Where a leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs and the combined odds are recalculated accordingly.
ST777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and PSL-specific promotions. By accepting any ST777 bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion, including the stated wagering (rollover) requirements. Bonus terms are published clearly alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your ST777 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

ST777 reserves the right to review tier status periodically and to adjust tier allocations based on ongoing activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value except where explicitly stated.
ST777 monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of hedging strategies to exploit wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure. Where bonus abuse is detected, ST777 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals and close the relevant account. ST777's determination of what constitutes abuse is final in all cases.

If you have a complaint about your ST777 account, a specific bet outcome, a payment issue, or any other aspect of the service, please submit the complaint in writing to support@st777.im with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and your account details. ST777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a final resolution within seven business days. Where resolution is not possible within this period, ST777 will provide a progress update.
ST777 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and secure at all times. However, ST777 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical downtime, connectivity issues, live odds delays or third-party payment processing failures beyond its reasonable control.
Betting involves financial risk. ST777 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any bet or casino game. Members bet and play at their own risk. ST777's maximum liability to any individual member in respect of any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made to that member's account in the preceding 12 months.
